Sherwin's academic background includes Bachelor in Administrative Studies from York University (Toronto), Electronics Engineering Technology from Humber College (Toronto) and undergrad courses from University of the Philippines. Helping the Community

For every transaction Sherwin makes, a portion of the proceeds goes to Children Miracle Foundation and Canadian Breast Cancer Society. He is also engaged with the Gawad Kalinga (Building Communities to End Poverty) and the ANCOP Canada (ANswering the Cry Of the Poor). Currently, He has held active positions in the council for Lipa City Association of Canada (LCAC) and University of the Philippines Alumni Association - Toronto (UPAA).

Mark Amador grew up in California’s Silicon Valley near San Francisco working for many high tech firms including McAfee, Symantec, Seiko, CA (Computer Associates) and the famed Xerox PARC. Most recently he was Senior Vice-President at Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions where his passion for real estate was inspired by managing & selling corporate holdings.

In 2009 he moved to Toronto to pursue a full time real estate career joining Re/Max Realtron Realty Inc. where he later obtained his broker licence. In 2010, Mark launched Team Amador which eventually evolved into the Re/Max Realtron Smart Choice Team, Brokerage in 2016, which he co-founded.

Mark has a keen focus for investment and enjoys working with developers to create desirable residential additions to the community. His passions are martial arts, in which he holds a 7th dan in the art of Jung SuWon, photography, scuba diving, philanthropy and living a meaningful life.

Ashley Im, originally from South Korea, immigrated with her family to Canada in 1988 to found a successful hospitality business in Toronto’s North York suburb. Her disciplined work ethic was instilled in her young formative years working alongside her family creating a Toronto landmark. Determined to always be the best she could, Ashley graduated Valedictorian receiving the prestigious Chawkers scholarship. Although her desire was to attend UBC, she instead chose to stay close to the family and continue to help with the business opting to attend York University, and later Ryerson University, majoring in Hospitality.

In 2009, when the family eventually sold the business, Ashley was inspired to make her own way. She moved to Alberta where she applied her education in hospitality as a manager at the Fairmont Hotel in the resort town of Jasper. Later, returning to Toronto, she was offered a position managing Moxie’s restaurant in North York. There she became Involved in charity & volunteer work through both The Meeting House and Moxie’s Madison. She was also featured in Now magazine for raising funds for Tsunami relief in Japan.
